We offer a swimming pool+spa, fitness center, BBQ area, dog park and the amazon Hub lockers.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
We are a pet friendly community, breed restrictions apply. RESTRICTIVE BREED LIST: Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers) Chow Chows Great Dane Rottweilers German Shepard’s Cocker Spaniels American Bulldog Boxer Mastiff Doberman Pinchers (standard and mini) Akitas Huskies. Ped Deposit is $500 and $50 monthly pet rent, we have a dog park.

The direct website hillsideterraceapts.com, We ask for proof of income, income requirement is 2.5, $55 application fee - currently waiving the application fee.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes, residents get one assigned covered carport per apartment and we have lots of available first come first serve open parking.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities are included are included, residents are responsible for Electricity, water, trash and sewer, cable/internet.
